Q1. Corporate Training
"For Escala members, what type of corporate training is currently in highest demand with you (leadership, communication, stress management, team cohesion, etc.) and for which profile (managers, teams, executives)?"
➔ I observe an evolution from technical training, such as "Effective Communication", "Effective Feedback" or "Time Management", towards training focused on personal development, such as "Developing Personal Impact", "Overcoming Self-Sabotage" and "Mindfulness". Although the first type of training remains highly sought after, companies are increasingly aware that interventions must take into account the individual as a whole, as well as the dynamics of teams within the company.
Q2. Coaching
"In terms of coaching, what are the 2–3 topics you are most often addressing at the moment (onboarding, performance, conflicts, confidence, burnout, transition) and how does the support actually take place?"
➔ In the field of coaching, I work both in companies, where I support executives, and with individuals. Within companies, the main themes are efficiency and team dynamics: how to better accomplish my work and how to better lead and inspire my teams. In the context of private coaching, managing life transitions, preventing burnout, and conflict management are some of the most common issues. In both cases, it all fundamentally relies on self-knowledge, self-awareness, the development of self-management tools, and the development of self-confidence.
Q3. Use case + result
"If you had to give a very concrete example of a recent assignment (training or coaching), what was the starting point, and what measurable result did you achieve in a few weeks/months?"
➔ Last year, I worked with a member of the executive committee of a large investment fund. Our coaching process lasted four months and focused on improving prioritisation and leadership skills. We worked on tools for better time and task management, improved delegation, and clearer communication of expectations. This had a considerable "domino effect" on the team and on the dynamics within the executive committee.

I am currently working on a large project with a non-profit organisation: one of the teams was having difficulties working together and the situation was becoming almost toxic. In collaboration with the human resources team, I developed a comprehensive intervention, which began with a workshop for the entire team to better understand the roles we unconsciously play in conflict situations and to develop personal resilience and a more autonomous mindset. This workshop was followed by a coaching process for the department head, alongside team supervision, and completed with an intensive two-day training on the fundamentals of management, as the diagnosis revealed that it often happened that individuals were promoted to management positions without having received formal training. The fact that I work in French, English, and Portuguese has proven to be a real added value, as it allows my clients to express themselves in their mother tongue and to feel truly understood.
