On 27 January, the first event of the year for the ESCALA Business Club took place: "ESCALA4Finance: From Internal Execution to Client Excellence".
This meeting, which took place at thePortuguese Cultural Centre - Camões I.P, in Luxembourg, marked the beginning of a 2026 characterised by energy and innovation.
Led byCelso Marques de Almeidaas the moderator and ambassador of this cluster, the debate brought together experts to discuss the transformation of the financial sector. The speakersFilipe Girão (Link Consulting)andMiguel Oliveira Graça (BankerLinks)shared concrete visions on the necessary evolution towards a more client-centric model.
The discussion highlighted a key message: front-to-back collaboration is essential to align operations, technology, and people. This synergy not only boosts operational efficiency and improves the working conditions of employees but also ensures a more coherent financial service that is oriented towards the real needs of clients.
This meeting once again affirmed the Lusophone community as a relevant and active player in the Luxembourgish technological and financial ecosystem.
