ESCALA Business Club Luxembourg–Portugal is pleased to invite you to a new edition of ESCALA Discovery, organised in partnership with CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education, under the theme “Responsible Leadership”.
Hosted at the Residence of the Ambassador of Portugal to Luxembourg, this special evening will bring together business leaders, executives and professionals from the Luxembourg–Portugal business community.
Featuring Nuno Moreira da Cruz, Dean of CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education, the event will explore the challenges and opportunities of responsible leadership in today's business environment.
Miguel Perdigoto, International Business Strategy Developer at CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education, will also introduce the institution's executive education programmes and professional development opportunities.
The evening will conclude with a networking cocktail, offering participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and build meaningful connections.
Admission is free, but registration is mandatory. Places are limited.

Nuno Moreira da Cruz

Nuno Moreira da Cruz é licenciado em Direito pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa de Lisboa, pós-graduado em Estudos Europeus pelo College of Europe em Bruges (Bélgica) e possui um MBA pela IE Business School (Madrid). É Coach Certificado (Escuela Europea de Coaching, Madrid) e Mentor para Startups. Após uma breve experiência no setor bancário, Nuno juntou-se ao grupo BP, onde desempenhou várias funções empresariais na Europa, trabalhando em Bruxelas, Madrid e Londres. Regressou a Portugal para se juntar à Galp como membro do Conselho de Administração e foi CEO da Galp Espanha durante cinco anos. Na Católica-Lisbon SBE, Nuno lecionou Negócios Internacionais e Estratégia, e atualmente leciona Negócios Responsáveis e Ética Empresarial em programas de MBA, Mestrado e Licenciatura. Foi Diretor Executivo do Center for Responsible Business and Leadership e é atualmente o Dean para a Formação de Executivos.

Miguel Perdigoto is an International Business Strategy Developer at CATÓLICA-LISBON Executive Education, bringing over a decade of experience in business strategy, marketing, management and business development.
Throughout his career, he has held key positions at companies such as MC, Worten and 360imprimir, developing expertise in strategic growth, procurement, consumer insights and international markets. He is also Co-Founder and General Manager of Pizzeria Altezza.
He holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from ISEG and has completed executive education programmes in business analytics, branding and digital marketing.
