Healthcare professionals dedicate their careers to caring for others. But who takes care of those who care?
This edition of ESCALA 4Health – BEYOND MEDICINE brings together health and financial perspectives to address two important dimensions of a sustainable medical career: mental health and financial wellbeing.
The first session will focus on the state of mental health in Luxembourg, exploring the challenges faced today, the support available and the role of prevention in protecting individual and collective wellbeing.
The second session will turn to the financial wellbeing of medical professionals, looking at solutions adapted to the different stages of a medical career and the importance of sound financial planning throughout a professional journey.
By bringing these two subjects together, ESCALA 4Health aims to create an open and practical conversation about wellbeing beyond medicine itself — recognising that a fulfilling career also depends on personal balance, resilience and financial security.
